Late Nite Hold'em

This game is a version of a fixed-limit 'Texas Hold'em' poker game. If you like it, or hate it, or have any suggestions or bug reports, let me know here.

FEATURES:

  • 4 betting ranges - 3/6, 5/10, 10/20 or 20/40

  • Choice of 4 currencies - Euro, Dollar, Pound and Yen

  • Full setup program with automatic uninstall feature

  • 1 to 6 opponents

  • Adjustable speed of play - slow play ideal for learning the game

  • Choice of 8 deck backgrounds

  • Choice of players' names

  • 800 x 600 screen - suits all modern screen sizes

  • Totally addictive !!

Some things don't work yet. There are no 'all-in's (so all players can go below zero until the hand ends), but it's still a working card game and great fun to play.

HOW TO PLAY:

There's a help file included within the game (press F1 or click on the '?' Button) which should explain the rules. If you want to read this help file right now you can find it here (102k).

INSTALLATION:

You'll need 'Winzip' (available as shareware here) or similar file extraction program to unzip the setup program.

You should uninstall any previous verions of the game before you install. Choose the 'Install' option from within 'Winzip' to install the game, or unzip all the files to your hard drive and run 'setup.exe'. The game's got an uninstall feature, so if you don't want it on your system any more, you can uninstall it from the Control Panel.

It runs on any 32-bit MS Operating System for PC, with minimum spec. - any old thing that has about 4 MB free space, and a minimum 800x600 screen resolution. (Windows 95 onwards - it will not work on MAC OS)

Get Winzip now!!
