Within easy reach of Malaga and Gibraltar airports and close to various golf courses - Valderrama 15 minutes. Easy access to the N340 and the AP7 motorway.

Entrance to the property is up one and a half flights of stairs. The apartment comprises of a living room/dining area, kitchen , master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom, second bathroom, terrace and roof terrace.

The kitchen which is separate is fully equipped with microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer & washing machine.  

Crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided.

The sitting room has wonderful sea views and is very comfortable with large Patio doors leading out to the terrace. The apartment has   satellite  tv, dvd player and is tastefully furnished.

The master bedroom which is en-suite also enjoys wonderful sea views and has large patio doors leading to the terrace.

The twin bedroom enjoys hill views.  

The large terrace is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs and is accessed from living room and master bedroom. It has spectaular views of the coast and the beautiful Sierra Blanca mountain.

Stairs from the front entrance lead to a large private roof terrace with magnificent 360 degree views of the sea and mountain.

The communal swimming pool is large and surrounded by lovely gardens.   These terraces and garden/pool area gets the sun most of the day.

This apartment is part of a small community. It is set in a lovely location with spectacular views. Close to Puerto de la Duquesa and Sabinillas the apartment is furnished to a high standard throughout and has its own parking space. The local beach is 15 - 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by car). Return walk from beach is uphill. Local bars/restaurants 15 minutes walk. Further bars/restaurants/shops can be found in Sabinillas/ Puerto de la Duquesa 10 minutes drive. Highly recommended as very good value for money.  Car hire is recommended.
