| "From Crimestoppers to gobstoppers - the gardaí are set to woo children with a pilot scheme aimed at making them more civic-minded. Children spotted wearing their seat belts, cycling with helmets, picking up litter and generally acting responsibly are going to get a ticket from the gardaí. But unlike the vast majority of the tickets giving out by the force, these ones are likely to put a broad smile on the recipient's face. That's because they'll be able to redeem the ticket for an ice-cream or sweets.
