Cabletext is Waterford's local channel, broadcast on the NTL cable network there, at 472Mhz. It is based on NTL Dublin's Link Channel, but has its own seperate programming - in addition, since RAI1/3SAT/TVE-I are broadcast seperately on a "Euromix Channel" it doesn't carry their bulittens. The following is Cabletext's schedule:

WATERFORD AT EIGHT
This regional magazine programme is a Waterford Local Radio ( www.wlrfm.ie ) production for NTL. It consists usually of two-three news stories, a local sports story, and Hidden Waterford, in which Eddie Wymberry visits the city's past.
