Rental Details:

(Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. (High Season)
Check in time 3.00 pm Check out time 11.00

Non refundable deposit of 25% is required on booking.
The balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival date together with a €200 damage deposit (this can be separate cheque).
This damage deposit will be refunded to you in full within two weeks following your departure providing no damage has been caused to the property or extra cleaning necessary.

DIRECTIONS TO ROCKMOUNT

From Dublin

follow signs to: Ashbourne, Slane, Ardee, Carrickmacross, Castleblaney, Monaghan, Emyvale, Omagh, Strabane, Lifford, Letterkenny.

When coming into Letterkenny at second roundabout (there is the tourist office on this one) go almost completely around and take turning for ‘Downings’. You are now on road to Ramelton – drive through and on to Milford. Before coming into Milford (approx. 500 yds past Milford Inn) take turning to right for Fanad Drive towards Kerrykeel. In Kerrykeel past Emo petrol station turn left and follow road to Portsalon (Fanad Drive). At crossroads in Portsalon turn right and drive approx. Ľ mile (past golf course/club on your right). Approx. 100 yds further turn right for Pier - almost immediate turn left into Rockmount (tree lined avenue). Take left turn and climb hill -No. 8 is third from the top on left.

From Belfast/Larne

Follow directions to Derry then to Letterkenny. When coming into Letterkenny at second roundabout (there is the tourist office on this one) go almost completely around and take turning for ‘Downings’.
