PAYMENT:

refundable deposit
of 25% is
required on booking.
The balance is payable
30 days prior to arrival together
with a €200 damage deposit
(this can be a separate cheque).
This damage deposit will be
refunded to you in full within two weeks of your
departure providing no damage has been done to the property, or extra cleaning
is necessary. No refund will be given in the event of
a canclled booking. We would reccomend that you
arrange special insurance with your broker if you feel there may be a likelihood
of cancellation.

Reservation
Deposit
A 25% non
refundable deposit is required at time of booking. This deposit is due within
7 days following confirmation. If this is not received within 7 days your
reservation will be cancelled.
Sleeping
Capacity
Our cottage
is designed to sleep 6/7 people comfortably. Any alteration to party must be
agreed with owner prior to arrival. We cannot permit more than the number
specified and agreed on the booking form to occupy the cottage and reserve the
right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.
Pets
If you would like
to bring your pet on holiday this must be arranged and approved by us at time of
booking. We reserve the right to refuse admission if this condition is not
observed. Damage caused by pets will be subject to repair through the damage
deposit.
Rental
Periods
Our cottage is
rented from Saturday to Saturday each week during high season.
Check In
- Check Out
You can check into
your cottage any time after 3:00 pm on day of arrival Check out is anytime
prior to 11.00 am on day of departure.
Late
Arrival
If you are
planning to arrive late we would appreciate that you inform us in advance.
Loss,
Damage, Injury
We cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage to your personal property during your stay. We
would recommend that you check with your insurance company to ensure that you
have the appropriate coverage in effect before you travel. The owners, and
employees cannot be held responsible or be liable for any injury, loss or damage
howsoever caused by any person or persons. The management reserves the right to
terminate occupancy if the terms, conditions or policy details above are not
complied with.
